Arrival by Yangon International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your Hotel. Yangon with shady parks and lakes dotted around the city also earned the name of "The Garden City of the East. Afternoon visit starts with City Orientation tour, Yangon downtown area, Sule Pagoda (the landmark of Yangon City Centre) and from there we walk along the Pansodanstreet which has many large Colonial buildings (British colonial heritage) which are still in use. And then we continue beautiful sightseeing stops at Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda Image (Six-Storied Pagoda) (a huge reclining Buddha), 70 meter long and one of Myanmar's largest and you can also get your fortune told by the fortune tellers who have shops nearby.
Overnight at Yangon.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. This early morning drive to Kyaikhtiyo in the Mon state, site of the famous Golden Rock. On the way to Kyaikhtiyo, we can visit interesting monasteries and pagodas in Bago such as Shwemawdaw, Shwethalyang, Khakhatwine Monasteryand Kanbawzathadi Palace.
Afternoon arriving the based camp of Kyaikhtiyo and we go by truck to the beginning of the trail with local people from where it is a 45 minute walk to the top. Golden Rock is a large boulder, which appears delicately balanced, supposedly by the assistance of a well-placed hair of the Buddha, on the edge of a cliff near the top of a mountain. It is one of the most revered Buddhist shrines. Enjoy Golden Rock sightseeing which includes spectacular mountain views and pilgrims at the Golden Rock.

(Day 03) Kyaikhtiyo-Yangon-Kalaw (By Flight)

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy the beautiful sunrise at Kyaikhtiyo before descending the mountain for transport back to base camp and driving back to Yangon. Arrive Yangon and drive straight to airport to take an afternoon flight to Heho. Arrive Heho airport and drive to Kalaw. Overnight at Kalaw.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Today's trekking takes us to visit a village of the Palaung people. It take about 2-5 hour, one way trip (according to the clients) to take you through mountains with the view of tea plantations along sides of the hills and vegetables gardens with villager's houses located all along the ravines. It may be a difficult trip for older people but it is fascinating trekking with mountains, villages and of course with the people.

After enjoy the breakfast at the hotel, visit pindaya which is noted for its extensive limestone caves filled with Buddha images. Driving there we will be passing through the PaO and Danu villages of Pwehla and JiChanzi and endless fields of dry cultivation mountain rice and potato. Inside the Pindaya Cavesare nearly 8000 images that have been placed there over the centuries as a form of merit making. Made of various materials and of different sizes, the statues are situated in every nook and cranny throughout the many cave chambers. We are driving to unique and magical Inle Lake, located about 900 meters above sea level and 22 km long by 11 km wide. Arrive NyaungShwe and transfer to the hotel.

Enjoy breakfast at hotel. Start our sightseeing by long tailed boat to Innpawkone Villagewhere you can see lotus and silk weaving industries. Next visit Nanpanto see the traditional boat making, cheroot (Burmese cigar) making factory.
After lunch time break, continue our visit to Phaungdaw U Pagodaand if we have time, take a short visit to Leshae Villagewhere you can see the making of Buddha image form dried flower powder. Later visit to NgaPhaeChaung Monasteryand floating gardens.

This morning after breakfast we visit the ancientIndeinruins near Inle Lake, whose pagodas and stupas were built in the 8th century. Even though these structures may be crumbling, the intricate details of the structures can still be seen. In some parts, the elaborate stucco carvings of celestial beings and mythical animals are still apparent. Following our visit here we enjoy a sumptuous private lunch in a bamboo forest nearby. In the afternoon, we board a private long lake boat.

We spend a morning with a local Intha family and see how they live in their dwellings above the water, truly a memorable experience. Afterwards we take a drive to Heho and take a flight to Mandalay, the last capital of the Burmese monarchy, and one of the most impressive market cities in Asia. Mandalay is the spiritual, cultural, and traditional capital, as well as the commercial heart of central Myanmar. The afternoon is at leisure before you head out for dinner.

Breakfast at hotel and we will go to Mandalay jetty where we take a short and pleasant ride upriver to Mingun, the site of what would have been the world's largest pagoda had not King Bodawpaya died in 1819 thus halting all further work. Later an earthquake in 1838 split the monument and reduced it to partial rubble. Nonetheless, the mommoth base of the unfinished pagoda is still a very impressive sight as we approach from the river. Nearby we can also visit the Mingun Bell, moved from the zedi after the earthquake and now hung in a new shrine building. It is said to be the largest hanging un-cracked ball in the world. On the way we return to Mandalay, we will travel to the ancient royal capital of Amarapura. Here we will visit U Bein Bridge; it is more than two centuries old and at 1.2 km is the longest teakwood span in the world. The monastery near the bridge is also good to visit.

This morning our visit to Inwa, which was founded in 1364 and which lasted nearly 400 years as a royal capital. Highlights include the Learning Tower of Ava, MahaAungmyeBonzan, a brick and stucco monastery, and the elegant teakwood monastery BagayaKyaung. And then continue to Sagaing, a former capital of the Shan Kingdom in the 14th century, lies across and slightly downriver form Mandalay and there are many interesting stupas scattered over Saging Hill. Continue drive to Monywa (about 3 hours) 135km northwest of Mandalay and situated I o the Chindwin River. It is a major center of trade for agricultural produce. En-route visits the very colorful Thanbuddhay Pagodaand Hlaungdawmu Buddha, the second largest reclining Buddha in Myanmar.

This morning sightseeing includes and excursion across the Chindwin River to visit the fascinating Po Win Daung Caves. After that, drive to tobacco trading center of Pakkoku which is a bustling tobacco trading centre. On the way visit Pakhangyi( a 19th century town with old city walls and one of Myanmar's oldest wooden monasteries. Continue south by car to the small riverside town of Kyaun Chaung where in late afternoon we ferry across the Irrawaddy River to reach Bagan.

This morning our sightseeing tour of one of the Asia's most popular archeological destination highlights busy NyaungOo Marketand Bagan's distinctive pagodas and temples, such as Shwezigon Pagoda, a prototype of later Myanmar stupas, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious shrine; Wetkyi -in- GubyaukgyiTemple, a 13th century, with interesting fine frescoes; the Ananda Pagoda, one of the the finest, largest and best preserved in Old Bagan; and the next to it we visit Anada Ok Kyaung, one of the few surviving brick monastery buildings for the early Bagan period and Htilominlo Templewhich is known to be the last Myanmar style temple built in Bagan.
After lunch break, our afternoon visit to Dhammayangyi Temple, a massive later period temple with the finest brickwork in Bagan and Tahatbyinnyu Templewhich towering above the other monuments of Bagan. As the sun goes down we will be at one of the ideal viewing sites for a panoramic sunset view over the temples. Overnight at Bagan.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport to take a flight to Yangon. Depend on arrival time, afternoon visit to BogokeAung San Market (Scott Market) evening China Town Market with a long queue of local/ Chinese food vendors. This evening you will see your beautiful sunset form the Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the wonders of the world.

(Day 14) Yangon International Airport Departure

After breakfast at the hotel, your tour guide accompanies you to the airport for your flight home.
